What exactly are Vivo products?
Vivo supplies research-grade peptides: single, well-characterised amino-acid sequences in lyophilised (freeze-dried) form. They are sold strictly For Research Use Only and are not for human or animal consumption.
How do you verify purity?
Every batch is independently tested by HPLC (purity ≥99%) and LC-MS (identity and exact mass), and screened to be free of synthesis impurities, TFA salts, and heavy metals. Results for your exact lot are published as a Certificate of Analysis.
Where are the peptides made?
Every Vivo peptide is synthesised, tested, and filled in California labs held to clinical-grade standards. No overseas sourcing.
How are orders shipped?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and shipped discreetly with temperature-aware packaging. Shipping is free over $150, with a flat $9.95 rate below that. See shipping & returns for details.
How should I store the peptides?
Lyophilised vials are stable short-term at room temperature; refrigerate or freeze for longer storage, and refrigerate after reconstitution. Full guidance is on our storage & handling page.

What is your returns policy?
Opened or reconstituted vials can’t be returned, but if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
