Processing & dispatch
Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time on business days are dispatched the same day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Shipping rates
- Free shipping on research orders over $200
- A flat $9.95 rate applies to orders under $200
- Orders ship via UPS 2nd Day Air or a comparable 2-day expedited service
Temperature-aware, discreet packaging
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at room temperature for transit, and every order is packed discreetly with no product details on the outside of the parcel. Time-sensitive items are shipped with appropriate cold-chain materials where required.
Returns
Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 7 days of delivery; because these are research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or reconstituted vials. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
