Every order is packed for stability and shipped discreetly. Here is exactly how it works.
Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time on business days are dispatched the same day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Every order ships UPS 2nd Day Air, which delivers two business days after dispatch. Weekends and UPS holidays do not count toward transit. An order shipped Thursday is estimated to arrive the following Monday; an order shipped Friday is estimated to arrive Tuesday.
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at room temperature for transit, and every order is packed discreetly with no product details on the outside of the parcel. Time-sensitive items are shipped with appropriate cold-chain materials where required.
Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 7 days of delivery; because these are research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or reconstituted vials. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
