A 7-day window for unopened, sealed products, and lot-level review for any quality concern.
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@vivotoday.com with your order number; we’ll reply with a return authorization and the return address. Returns sent without an authorization can’t be matched to an order and may be refused.
If an order arrives damaged, is missing items, or contains the wrong product, contact support@vivotoday.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and contents. We’ll replace the affected items or refund them in full — including shipping — at your choice. No return is required unless we ask for the item back.
Every product ships with a Certificate of Analysis. If you have a quality concern about a specific lot, email support@vivotoday.com with the order number and the lot number printed on the label. We review every claim against the lot’s COA and, where a discrepancy is confirmed, replace or refund the affected items under the analytical guarantee described in our Terms & Conditions.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method — card refunds through Onvo Pay, and pay-by-bank refunds through Link Money — within 5 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return (or approving the claim, where no return is required). Depending on your bank, the credit may take a few additional business days to post. We’ll email a confirmation when the refund is issued.
Orders dispatch quickly — if you need to change or cancel one, email support@vivotoday.com as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled for a full refund; once a shipment is in carrier hands it falls under the standard return window above.
