Who we are

Vivo (vivotoday.com) is operated by 405714 INC. dba Vivo Today, an Oklahoma corporation (“we”, “us”). This policy describes what personal information we collect through the site, why, and the choices you have. For questions about it, email support@vivotoday.com.

What we collect

• Account data. Name, email address, date of birth (used to verify you are 21 or older), and a password (stored as a hash) when you create an account.
• Order data. The items you purchase, billing and shipping address, phone number, and order history.
• Payment data. Card payments are tokenized in your browser directly with our payment processor — full card numbers never touch our servers. Pay-by-bank payments are handled by Link Money; we receive only payment status and reference identifiers, never your bank credentials.
• Support and marketing email. Messages you send to support, and your email address if you subscribe to the newsletter (you can unsubscribe from any message).
• Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used for security and to keep the site working, plus the functional cookies described below.

What we never collect

We do not collect health information, medical conditions, prescriptions, or “intended use” statements — not at registration, not at checkout, not in any form on this site. The age-gate acknowledgment you make on first visit is stored only in your own browser’s local storage, not on our servers.

How we use it

• To process, bill, ship, and provide support for orders.
• To send transactional email (order confirmations, shipping updates, refunds) and — only if you subscribed — marketing email.
• To prevent fraud and secure the site.
• To meet tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that operate parts of the store on our behalf, each limited to what their function requires:

• Payments: Onvo Pay (card processing) and Link Money (pay-by-bank).
• Shipping: Shippo and the delivery carrier, which receive the recipient name, address, and phone for label purchase and delivery.
• Email: Resend (transactional) and Omnisend (newsletter/marketing).
• Infrastructure: Vercel and Railway (hosting) and Cloudflare (image delivery).
• Legal: authorities where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect our rights.

Cookies

The site sets functional cookies for your cart, sign-in session, region, and a cache identifier. We also use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how the site is used, and Omnisend to power our email program; each may set its own cookies for this purpose. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, and no analytics or tracking scripts load on the checkout payment page.

Retention

Order and billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Account data is kept while the account is active. Support correspondence is kept for as long as it’s needed to resolve and document the matter.

Your choices and rights

• Email support@vivotoday.com to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you; we’ll act on verified requests within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep a record (e.g. completed order invoices).
• Unsubscribe from marketing email via the link in any message.
• You can delete your account at any time from the account page or by emailing support.

Age and changes

The site is intended for users 21 or older, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we make material changes to this policy, we’ll update the effective date above and note the change on this page.
