Trust should be supported by evidence. That is why every VIVO lot is accompanied by a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis—and why we stand behind every published specification with our 200% Guarantee.
The principle is straightforward: what we publish should match what we deliver. If qualifying independent testing determines that a sealed VIVO vial does not conform to the published specification for its lot, we’ll pay 200% of the eligible product amount paid for the affected order.
This is not a conventional satisfaction guarantee, nor is it based on subjective impressions, effectiveness, or a particular research outcome. It is a commitment to objective, measurable product integrity. The guarantee holds us accountable to the analytical standards we publish and gives qualified researchers a clear way to independently verify them.
For us, transparency means more than making claims about quality. It means publishing the evidence behind those claims and standing behind that evidence when it is independently tested.
