Store unopened vials in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light, heat, and moisture. Refrigeration is not required while the product remains lyophilized. After reconstitution, keep vials refrigerated.

Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time on business days are dispatched the same day, by UPS 2nd Day Air as standard, with UPS Next Day Air available at checkout. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $200. Lyophilized products do not require refrigeration in transit, but we cold-pack every order as an added measure against heat and humidity.
